Position: Senior Microbiologist

We are looking for an experienced Microbiologist with a minimum of 10 years of proven expertise in microbiology, preferably in bio-pesticides, bio-fertilizers, fermentation technology, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead microbiological research and development activities.
• Handle microbial strain improvement, maintenance, and culture preservation.
• Supervise fermentation, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
• Ensure quality control, compliance, and regulatory documentation.
• Guide and mentor junior microbiologists and technical staff.

Requirements:

• M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of industrial/research experience.
• Strong knowledge of microbial fermentation and industrial microbiology.
• Ability to manage laboratory operations and lead project teams.
