Job Title: Employee Training Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Employee Training Officer to lead and manage induction, onboarding, and role-based training programs. The role involves conducting classroom/online training, developing self-study content, coordinating with managers for training needs, and ensuring timely assessments and certifications. The Training Officer will also manage the training calendar, support new employees, and drive performance through effective facilitation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online/classroom induction & onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Deliver training programs for in-house employees and TEMs.
  • Develop training content and self-study materials.
  • Ensure timely completion of assessments and maintain reports.
  • Coordinate with department heads to design training modules as per business needs.
  • Manage training calendar and certification of trainers/managers.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for testing and process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experience in employee training, onboarding, and content development.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and training requirements.
