Minimum qualification Graduation is mandatory / MBA / PG in HR

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate SM/ VP HR to plan on the training calendar
- Identifying training requirements of employees based on the appraisal feedback and analysis
- Plan with Nursing dept clinical training calendar
- Prepare and implement quarterly training calendar
- Analyze the feedback given by the trainees on the Training programme and seek feedback
- Verify the bills submitted by the trainers and submit them for approval.
- Co-ordinate and plan for all the training programs
- Co-ordinate and plan for all the employee engagement programs
- Planning for regular induction programs for new joiners and speakers
- Document & Credential Verification of Employee Records
- To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organization
