Job Title: Centre Sales Manager (CSM)

Location: Shamshabad (Training in Coimbatore Mandatory)

Experience: 57 Years

Salary: 910 LPA

Industry: Home Interiors / Interior Design

Work Days: Sunday Working Mandatory (Weekday Off)

Timing: 10:30/11:00 AM – 7:30/8:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Sales Manager to lead showroom operations and oversee the sales & design team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in interior sales, customer engagement, showroom management, and sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily showroom operations and supervise the sales & design team.
  • Handle walk-in customers and ensure complete sales cycle management until closure.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high productivity levels.
  • Provide design-related guidance to customers (basic design knowledge required).
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience across the showroom.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching/training when necessary.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for smoother workflows.
  • Prepare and submit periodic performance and sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior sales/home dcor/lifestyle retail industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Working knowledge of design tools like AutoCAD or SketchUp, and CRM software.
  • Customer-focused, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for interiors, creativity, and design aesthetics.
