Job Description: Manager, Online Programs

Overall Scope of Responsibilities:

Manage the learning experience and delivery of Online Programs of international university partners in the US & Canada for Indian students

Specific scope of work:

Experience Design:

  1. Develop the design of the OPM processes in consultation International University Partners (IUP) in alignment with business and learning outcomes
  2. Work closely with tech teams at GradRight and the IUP to develop new solutions to improve the learning experience

Program Delivery:

  1. Manage learning processes, SLAs and the academic journey and ensure that the learners achieve their goals from the program
  2. Manage the faculty, teaching assistants and engagement with faculty and reps of IUPs to ensure their effective participation
  3. Manage the participation of corporate reps/coaches to enhance the preparedness of learners for growth opportunities after the program
  4. Ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of the program by regular feedback from learners and other stakeholders

Collaboration:

  1. Collaborate with program managers, professors, administrators of the IUP to resolve challenges that learners may face, in a timely manner
  2. Collaborate with enrollment, student success, corporate partnerships, finance and ops team members to build a seamless experience for the students
