Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive situated in Chennai. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information about products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining customer records, processing orders, and collaborating with other departments to improve customer service.

  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
