Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, based in Chennai. The Customer Service Executive will handle day-to-day interactions with customers, resolve queries, and ensure an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer support operations, addressing complaints, and ensuring effective resolution. The role also requires maintaining service standards and coordinating effectively with internal teams to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Proficiency in customer service practices, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Service Management and the ability to handle and resolve escalations
- Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in spoken and written communication
- Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
