Role: Ecommerce Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented 
Ecommerce Executive

to handle marketplace operations and support brands across Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms. If you're passionate about ecommerce growth and can manage backend coordination efficiently, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
  • Optimize content (titles, descriptions, keywords) to improve search visibility
  • Track product performance (sales, conversions, feedback) and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate with supply chain for order fulfillment and stock management
  • Avoid stockouts/overselling by maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Execute promotions and collaborate with marketing for ad campaigns
  • Generate reports: order, return, campaign, and SLA tracking
  • Analyze competitors and marketplace trends
  • Communicate internally for dispatch, updates, and issue resolution

Requirements

  • Graduate in BBA, BCom, BCA, BA, or relevant field
  • 1+ year experience in ecommerce preferred (Freshers may apply)
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, Email, WhatsApp
  • Good command over written & spoken English
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Jaipur
