Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-Commerce Sales Executive who will be responsible for managing online sales, product listings, customer inquiries, and growing our presence on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling day-to-day operations of e-commerce portals.
  • Product listing, catalog management, and price updates.
  • Monitoring sales performance and generating reports.
  • Responding to customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and implementing sales strategies.Role & responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and online marketplaces.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
