  • Core focus is India but UAE, Saudi Arabia, Africa, Central and South Asia will be the main markets they cover.

  • Manage inbound enquiries and guide businesses in finding their ideal office space.

  • Book workspace tours, qualify leads, and manage a sales pipeline.

  • Negotiate deals, provide top-tier customer service, and engage with clients & workspace providers and must be actively involved in transactions.

  • Transaction teams in other companies are usually responsible for shortlisting properties based on client requirements, taking clients for tours/inspections, handling negotiations, and managing documentation.

  • While some sales professionals also generate their own leads, in our case, all leads are generated online.

  • Our India team will be handling requirements across PAN India, the Middle East, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Pakistan.
