These activities need to be undertaken through focused BD, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units. Research on corporates looking at starting operations/expansion through the internet, newspapers, cold calling, and other sources. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside Line Managers in the group. Setting up meetings with key decision-makers and initiating discussions to understand their real estate requirements. Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, etc. Support Transaction ServicesAssess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions. Support the transaction advisory team to effectively conclude real estate transactions. Preparing information memorandums, financial analysis, market intelligence. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including coordination with offshore teams and clients. Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, timely submission of company proposals, and overall governance during the execution phase. Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues. Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Should be a team player. Must be fluent in local language and English. Source new supply of commercial office space for the Markets team and maintain the existing database available on our software Market Link. Maintain our sales database and ensure it is kept up to date. Build, maintain, support, and validate primary and secondary databases to be used to support our sales efforts and pipeline management for the region.
