Sales Manager Commercial Leasing (Real Estate)
Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Commercial Leasing / CRE Sales.
About the Role:
We are expanding our Commercial Leasing Division, and this is your opportunity to lead from the front.
As one of our early commercial team members, you will build corporate relationships, identify leasing opportunities, and close strategic transactions across office and retail assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert leasing opportunities in office, retail, and coworking segments.
- Develop and maintain corporate relationships and partnerships.
- Lead client site tours and consultations to effectively present commercial spaces and finalize agreements.
- Conduct property inspections, evaluations, and lease negotiations.
- Maintain updated records and pipelines through CRM tools.
- Stay informed on market trends, rentals, and absorption patterns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication, process alignment, and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to drive outcomes and play a pivotal role in building and scaling the commercial vertical.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Leasing / Real Estate.
- Excellent business communication and client handling skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong negotiation ability.
- In depth knowledge of Bangalores CRE market and micro-markets.
- Expert in property acquisition, consulting, and deal closures.
