Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Transaction Manager for corporate real estate, based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include managing real estate transactions, overseeing lease administration, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring thorough due diligence. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective management of real estate transactions while delivering client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and solve complex problems
  • Expertise in Finance and Financial Analysis for evaluating investment options and cost implications
  • Experience in Due Diligence and Lease Administration to ensure compliance and effective transaction oversight
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities professionally
  • Proficiency in communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients, vendors, and teams effectively
  • A background in corporate real estate, or real estate certifications, is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
