Position: Analyst Transaction Banking (Digital Channels Technical Support)
Experience: 2- 5 years
Job Overview:
The Analyst will provide technical support for digital transaction banking products, assisting clients with online banking applications and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This is an entry-level role for candidates with customer service experience and interest in transaction banking technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical support to clients for transaction banking products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to digital solutions.
- Manage support requests via email, phone, and video calls.
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to resolve critical issues.
- Monitor activities and maintain service metrics and KPIs.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of cash management, ISO 20022, PAIN, PACS, and SWIFT MT.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with host-to-host connectivity protocols is a plus.
