Overview:
The Client Service team connects Guidepoint's clients with subject-matter experts to better inform their business decisions. They take the time to understand each client's specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours.
Our Mumbai office is seeking multiple Interns to join our Client Service team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment to work on projects within multiple industry sectors.
The Intern will primarily support the business in onboarding top level subject matter experts. If you are a research-oriented, goal-oriented and organized individual who enjoys learning new things, then this opportunity might be the one for you
What You'll Do:
Work on tasks assigned by the Project ManagersOnboard top industry subject matter experts into the Guidepoint network by screening their suitabilityPerform ad-hoc industry research to identify top industry trends using various outreach platformsOperate with a teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint colleaguesWhat You Have:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mumbai with a strong academic record or have 0-1 years' work experienceAbility to undertake a full-time (5 working day) internship for at least a 3-month periodMust be fluent in EnglishIntellectual curiosity and desire to learnProactive, positive, creative and resourceful self-starterStrong sense of responsibility and high level of integrityOutstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and enjoys achieving goalsEffective time management skills with capability to multi-task under a tight deadlineWhat We Have:
