Gallagher is looking for dynamic professionals to join our Facultative Placement & Client Services team. This role involves managing large and complex client portfolios, ensuring timely risk setup, premium processing, and delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze facultative risks and policies placed via brokers.
  • Set up risks including specifications related to regions, deductions, and market participation.
  • Ensure timely processing of premium entries (original, adjustments, refunds) and advise markets.
  • Generate and issue evidence of cover, debit notes, and closing instructions.
  • Manage seasonal renewals and workflow for assigned accounts.
  • Review market security information on reinsurers for compliance and financial positions.
  • Act as point of contact for clients, brokers, underwriters, and internal teams.
  • Maintain workflow systems and e-filing for accurate documentation.
  • Deliver KPIs and maintain SLA standards for accuracy, quality, and turnaround time.

Education & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Relevant experience in Insurance/Reinsurance will be an added advantage.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Working knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Awareness of basic accounting fundamentals (debit/credit).
  • Insurance/Reinsurance industry experience preferred.
  • Strong business communication (written & verbal).
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail and document interpretation.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks independently.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Coachable and adaptable to learning.
