We are looking for a Client Servicing Intern who can manage client relationships, ensure campaign success, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver powerful personal brand strategies. The ideal candidate is someone who loves structure, clear communication, and fast-paced creative environments.

Key Responsibilities
:


• Interact with the account planning team to devise campaign strategies aligned with client goals.


• Act as the main point of contact for all client communications, concerns, and requirements.


• Maintain accurate client records, including financial tracking and project documentation.


• Brainstorm and contribute to the account team's efforts on brand communication and content strategy.


• Share creative inputs and collaborate on campaign ideas with the internal team.


• Create monthly content calendars based on approved brand strategies.


• Develop content concepts and write copies for daily hygiene and BAU (Business As Usual) posts.


• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports for clients and internal management.


• Present campaign ideas and performance updates to clients with minimal supervision.


• Ensure timely delivery of all client deliverables while maintaining top-tier quality standards.


• Understand target audiences deeply to deliver relevant and high-performing content.


• Maintain Job Status Reports (JSRs) to ensure seamless coordination and execution across teams.
