The key expectation from this role is to manage the Data entry & HRO (Hire to Retire) activity in the ERP & HRO tools such as (Timegate, Opsconnect, Culverdocs) for UK Region which includes processes like New Hire setup, Payroll Inputs, Termination and Attendance Mgmt., Data Management, Payrate change in system.

Need to maintain the right SLAs for the process in terms of TAT & Accuracy.

Skills And Knowledge
2 - 4 Years of Experience in UK HRO or HRIS related domain

Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills Required
Demonstrates proficient expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat

Exhibits consistent quality control in work

Exhibits an understanding of specific channels or vertical markets as required by job function

Experience in the same domain, worked in relevant industry.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:-
Duties/ Responsibilities-

  • Good working knowledge for UK HRO & Data Management.
  • Experience on managing transactions on different HR ERP's
  • Ability to deliver high quality levels and self-audit work.
  • Maintain the required SLAs with respect to TAT and Accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as TimeGate, PDC, Culverdocs, Access XD.
  • Experience of handing emails queries and problem resolution.
  • Strong written and comprehension skills.
  • Basic cadence of following the Goals and achieving the same.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices – Newhire, Time and Attendance & Termination, employee data management
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate Customer Orientation.
  • Ability to answer inquiries on own initiative by effective use of relevant written data and information.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any of the following:

  • Business administration
  • Human Resources
  • BA, B.COM, BSC
