Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing excellent service to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of service
- Assist with setting up and cleaning tables to ensure a clean dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service equipment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if necessary
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
