Role Overview:
We are looking for courteous and efficient Waiters/Waitresses to provide an exceptional dining experience to our guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed with the menu to make recommendations and address guest queries.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Customer Focus: Address guest feedback and ensure a memorable dining experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
