Job Description:

We are hi Tele sales Executive Minimum 1 Year in Tele sales / Customer Service

eal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding client needs, explaining clinic services, and converting inquiries into appointments or consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain clinic services and treatments.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about skin and hair solutions.
  • Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive relationship to drive conversions.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure maximum appointment closures.
  • Maintain call logs and customer information accurately in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the clinic team to ensure smooth coordination of appointments.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of Tele sales or inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or related sectors.
