• Responsible for the full-life cycle of sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and offer process.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess their technical talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Conduct behavioral-based interviews to assess both technical baselines as well as skills to be successful.
• Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Must have 3+ years Technical Recruiting experience; 2 years of which are in a fast paced, start-up environment
• Must have exceptional attention to details, be highly organized and the ability to handle multiple and constantly shifting priorities
• Track record of closing passive and active technical talent in a competitive market
• Experience in a fast-paced and transparent work environment.
• Possess excellent people skills, a flexible mindset, team-first approach, and a sense of humor
