Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud modules, with experience in both Oracle Fusion and Oracle R12 environments. This role requires hands-on implementation, solution design, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud implementation and migration projects.
  • Configure and support modules including:

GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payables), AR (Accounts Receivables), FA (Fixed Assets), CM (Cash Management), INV (Inventory), and PO (Purchase Order).

  • Analyze and interpret business requirements to design module-specific solutions within Oracle Fusion.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, functional design, Fit-Gap analysis, and testing.
  • Prepare comprehensive functional design documents using AIM/OUM or other prescribed methodologies.
  • Coordinate with business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs to ensure solution quality.
  • Develop test scripts and test cases and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for configuration, customization, and integrations.
  • Provide functional training and support for business users and project teams.

Technical Skills:Mandatory:

  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, INV, PO)
  • Proficiency in configuration, customization, and integration of Fusion modules
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Composer, OTBI, and Oracle Financial Reporting Studio
  • Ability to interpret functional requirements and design integrated solutions

Optional:

  • Knowledge of Oracle R12 with functional expertise in core Oracle EBS Modules
