Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead with strong expertise in financial modules and end-to-end implementation experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations and migrations.
  • Configure and support key finance modules including GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payables), AR (Accounts Receivables), FA (Fixed Assets), and CM (Cash Management).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Prepare functional design documents using AIM/OUM or other prescribed methodologies.
  • Conduct Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap Analysis, User Training, and Testing sessions.
  • Support business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
  • Develop and execute test scripts and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements post go-live.

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

  • Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
  • Configuration, customization, and integration expertise
  • Oracle tools: Application Composer, OTBI, Oracle Financial Reporting Studio
  • Experience in functional requirement analysis and solution design

Technical Skills (Optional):

  • Oracle R12 experience
  • Functional knowledge of core Oracle EBS modules

Process / Domain Knowledge (Mandatory):

  • Finance domain expertise

Process / Domain Knowledge (Optional):

  • Service or Manufacturing industry exposure
