Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and resume screening.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of welcome materials.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Attend HR meetings and take minutes for distribution.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Research best practices and trends in HR to propose improvements.
  • Support benefits administration including inquiries and updates.
  • Participate in employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  • Help manage the HR department's documentation and filing system.
  • Contribute to the creation of HR policies and procedures documentation.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and coordination.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or related fields is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Availability for a minimum of 12 weeks internship period.
