Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Role Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will assist our HR team with key tasks in the recruitment process. This includes sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, and helping with interviews. This role is ideal for students pursuing degrees in business studies or human resources who want to gain practical experience and develop essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Participate in candidate interviews and provide feedback.
  • Help with onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and records.
  • Support HR team in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Conduct research on best practices in HR and recruitment.
  • Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business Studies, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
