About the internship

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at ABEX Excellence Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS system to streamline HR processes.
2. Support HR team in recruitment activities by sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
3. Contribute to HR analytics by collecting and analyzing data to provide insights for decision-making.
4. Help in developing and implementing HR branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
5. Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
6. Support in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
7. Contribute to various HR projects as needed to support the overall HR strategy of the company.
