About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. You will work closely with the HR team and contribute to day-to-day tasks while learning essential HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, records, and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate with candidates, employees, and hiring managers on HR-related tasks.
  • Support employee engagement activities (surveys, virtual events, communication, etc.).
  • Assist with HR documentation, offer letters, and policy updates.
  • Help the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks.

Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
