Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Business Development Head
to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to acquire new clients, expanding retail partnerships, and driving revenue. This role requires a strong communicator with proven experience in retail business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth in retail channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close business deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Graduation in any field.
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience in retail industry
    .
  • Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on skill set & experience).

Work Mode

Full-time,
Work from Office
(6 days a week).
