We are proud to deliver Project Management Services to the Rail Land Development Authority (Indian Railways) for three major railway station projects: Mumbai, New Delhi, and Ahmedabad. Our involvement spans the entire project lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive support throughout each stage of implementation.

We are seeking applications for the position of Surveyor for Redevelopment Project of Ahmedabad Railway Station and construction of associated infrastructure, RLDA.

- Review contractors billing documents, invoices, payment certificates, and variation claims, in accordance with the contract and project requirements.- Review and verify the accuracy of billing documents, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.- Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors, to gather necessary  information and documentation for billing purposes.- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the project's contract, scope, and billing requirements.- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing, in collaboration with the project team and contractors.- Ensure timely submission of billing documents to meet project deadlines and cash flow requirements.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing documents, payments, and variations.- Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate forecasting and financial reporting.

• Graduate Engineer with minimum 10 years of overall experience and minimum 5 years of experience in Similar Position. Minimum 7 years of experience in similar projects.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
• Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
