Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Quantity Surveyor located in Erode. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing costs on construction projects, including cost control, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role involves preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), ensuring budgets are adhered to, and providing detailed cost analysis to support project decision-making. The Project Quantity Surveyor will also be involved in cost management to deliver projects within budget and time constraints.

Qualifications

  • Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting skills
  • Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Strong Cost Management skills
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for cost management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Relevant degree or certification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
