If you are passionate about cost planning, have strong attention to detail, and want to be part of a forward-thinking architecture firm — this role is for you---Key ResponsibilitiesExamine architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand project scopeConduct detailed material take-offs and quantity surveys for accurate project cost estimationPrepare BOQs, cost proposals, and budgeting documents for various project typologiesCoordinate with design and site teams to ensure cost alignment and feasibilityUtilize PlanSwift or similar estimating software for professional cost estimatesTrack market pricing, vendor costs, and update material databases---Skills & Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Proficiency in PlanSwift is mandatory Strong English communication skills — written & verbal Experience in residential & commercial building estimation Ability to work with numerical accuracy & timelines Previous experience working with international clients will be an added advantage Preference for candidates located in and around Erode---Why Join Us?
