Responsible for cost estimation, budget management, vendor relations, and financial tracking across the project lifecycle. **Responsibilities**: **1. Cost Estimation**: - Accurately estimate project costs, considering materials, labor, and resources. - Collaborate with teams to develop comprehensive project budgets. **2. Procurement**: - Manage procurement processes, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts. - Cultivate and sustain vendor relationships to ensure timely supplies. **3. Contract Administration**: - Administer contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions. - Handle variations, claims, and meticulous documentation. **4. Financial Tracking**: - Monitor expenses against approved budgets. - Regularly provide insightful financial reports to stakeholders. **5. Quantity Measurement**: - Perform meticulous quantity take-offs for diverse project components. - Verify measurements submitted by subcontractors. **6. Risk Management**: - Identify potential risks and collaborate on effective mitigation strategies. - Implement contingency plans to maintain financial objectives. **7. Collaboration and Communication**: - Coordinate seamlessly with project teams and actively participate in meetings. - Maintain clear communication channels for cost-related matters. **8.
