Position: Senior Architect ( Real Estate )

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design development for high-rise, commercial, and cluster redevelopment projects.
  • Prepare conceptual designs, working drawings, and 3D presentations.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with DCR, bye-laws, BMC, and statutory approvals.
  • Manage project design lifecycle from concept to execution.
  • Provide design leadership and mentoring to junior architects and interns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture
  • Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience, preferably in real estate & redevelopment.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, MS Office.
  • Excellent understanding of Mumbai's DCR, UDCPR, SRA, and redevelopment regulations.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines with precision.
  • Creative thinker with leadership and client-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹55,106.86 per month
