We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Solutions Manager with experience in the retail industry to join our team. This role serves as the primary link between clients and our agency, ensuring smooth communication, high-quality campaign delivery, and client satisfaction. You will oversee brand campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they align with client objectives and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver tailored brand solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee timelines, quality control, and campaign deliverables to ensure on-time, high-standard outputs.
  • Briefing & Alignment: Prepare clear, actionable briefs for internal teams, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand positioning.
  • Market Insight & Research: Conduct research to identify trends and insights, helping shape data-driven strategies for brand growth.
  • Budget & Performance Tracking: Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance metrics, and provide detailed client reports.
  • Client Presentations: Present campaign strategies, progress updates, and performance reviews to clients.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns efficiently, maintaining smooth operations between all parties.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–5years in brand management, client servicing, or account management—preferably in the retail or advertising sector.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strategic thinking with creative problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of advertising, media planning, and digital marketing trends
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Tools: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with project management tools.
