  • storytelling across diverse platforms.
  • Visual Asset Creation: Oversee the creation of captivating visual assets, spanning print
  • materials to digital content.
  • Copywriting Background: Leverage your background in copywriting to craft compelling and
  • engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging creative techniques
  • to ensure our brand remains innovative.
  • Effective Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure
  • on-schedule delivery of high-quality work.
  • Present Creative Concepts: Communicate creative concepts effectively to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in creative leadership, preferably within branding or advertising.
  • Strong grasp of advertising principles, design aesthetics, and visual communication.
  • Exceptional managerial skills, capable of leading and inspiring a creative team.
  • Knowledge in industry-standard design software and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
  • Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset, capable of translating business goals intocreative solutions.
  • High creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Strong project management skills, ensuring efficient execution of projects.
