Digital Marketing Specialist

We're hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to handle full funnel set up, optimization and performance reporting for multiple lead based businesses. You will keep multi-client delivery on track in a fully remote setup.

Role Snapshot

Own SEO, Meta/Google Ads, landing pages, and content publishing ops across several lead-based clients. You'll ship campaigns, report clearly, and collaborate daily over video meetings.

This is a fully remote job with fixed timings (9-6) requiring you to be available for video calls.

What You'll Do:

SEO/AEO/GEO

• Do audits, on-page/technical fixes, content briefs, internal linking.
• Track rankings/traffic; ship quick wins and long-term plays.

Strategy & Campaigns

• Plan and run lead-gen funnels across channels; align offers, audiences, and budgets.
• Set up conversion tracking (UTMs, pixels, GTM, GA4) and keep data clean.

Paid Ads

• Launch and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads (search, PMax where relevant).
• Manage bids, budgets, audiences, creatives; drive CPL down & lead quality up.

Web & CRO

• Build/iterate landing pages with page builders (WordPress + Elementor/Webflow/Divi).
• A/B test headlines, CTAs, forms; improve conversion rate and speed.

Creatives & Publishing

• Produce quick-turn Canva assets; write strong ad copy, hooks, and CTAs.
• Schedule content via social schedulers and maintain content calendars.

Ops & Reporting

• Juggle multiple clients; track due dates and dependencies.
• Deliver weekly reports with insights, actions, and next steps.

Must-Haves

• Proven success with lead-based businesses (coaches, consultants, services)
• Hands-on with SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, page builders, Canva, schedulers.
• Comfortable with AI tools (research, briefs, drafts, analysis).
• Excellent written & spoken English; confident on virtual client calls.
• Experience using different AI tools to improve work and efficiency while not completely depending on its output.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technology based on project and client requirements.
• Remote-ready: daily virtual video meetings and asynchronous collaboration (Docs/Sheets/PM tools).

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• CRM/marketing automation (Ontraport/HubSpot/Mailchimp), ManyChat, email campaigns.
• Basic schema/local SEO, landing-page copy, light HTML/CSS familiarity.
• Local SEO experience.

Tools You'll Use

GA4, GTM, Search Console; Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager; WordPress + page builders; Canva; social schedulers.

Work Setup

• Remote, IST business hours, daily standups, async EOD updates.
• Strong internet + reliable workstation; comfortable with time-tracking & screenshots.
