Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process (end-to-end hiring).
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee orientation programs.
  • Handle payroll management, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Design and execute employee engagement, welfare and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Manage performance appraisal process and goal-setting cycles.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work culture.
  • Monitor training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Coordinate with various departments for manpower planning and HR support.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
  • Oversee disciplinary actions and ensure smooth employee exits.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹60,000.00 per month
