Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process (end-to-end hiring).
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee orientation programs.
- Handle payroll management, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Design and execute employee engagement, welfare and retention initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Manage performance appraisal process and goal-setting cycles.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work culture.
- Monitor training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Coordinate with various departments for manpower planning and HR support.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
- Oversee disciplinary actions and ensure smooth employee exits.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45, ₹60,000.00 per month
