Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage IT systems and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support.
- Oversee machinery management, including maintenance schedules and inventory tracking.
- Manage office stationery and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
- Handle asset management across the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Supervise security management.
- Monitor and maintain attendance records for office staff and all warehouse locations.
- Perform any other administration-related tasks as required to support organizational efficiency.
- Support HR Department in completing assigned Work
Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry, preferably in administrative or operations roles.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
