Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage IT systems and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support.
  • Oversee machinery management, including maintenance schedules and inventory tracking.
  • Manage office stationery and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
  • Handle asset management across the organization.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Supervise security management.
  • Monitor and maintain attendance records for office staff and all warehouse locations.
  • Perform any other administration-related tasks as required to support organizational efficiency.
  • Support HR Department in completing assigned Work

Qualifications & Skills

  • Any Graduate from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry, preferably in administrative or operations roles.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
