Role Overview:

We're looking for a Partnership
Specialist
to build and scale our channel ecosystem across domestic and international markets. You'll source, onboard, and enable resellers, MSPs, and technology alliances to generate pipeline and revenue for our AI products (e.g., AI Speech bot/chatbots, analytics, model APIs, and workflow automation).

This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with the founders, influence go-to-market strategies, and be among the first hires in a fast-growing AI company.

What you'll do:

  • Prospect & recruit partners across India and global regions (EMEA/APAC/NA), prioritizing high-fit categories (SIs, VARs, MSPs, ISVs, OEM/embedded, marketplace listings).
  • Own the partner funnel: outreach, evaluation, due diligence, negotiation support, and contract execution (NDAs, reseller/ referral agreements, revenue-share structures).
  • Onboard & enable new partners: run product demos, solutioning workshops, and certification paths; equip them with playbooks, pricing, competitive intel, and pitch decks.
  • Pipeline management: maintain accurate partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities in CRM; forecast weekly with Sales/RevOps.
  • Partner success & governance: set tiering (Registered/Silver/Gold), QBRs, scorecards, and action plans to improve win rates and activation.
  • Cross-functional alignment: collaborate with Product, Solutions, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success on pricing, integrations, SLAs, and reference wins.
  • Market intelligence: track regional regulations, competition, and category trends; feed insights back into GTM strategy and packaging.

What we're looking for:

  • 1–3 years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development at a SaaS/AI company (or adjacent: telecom/CCaaS/CPaaS, analytics, CX tech).
  • Clear grasp of AI product value props (automation, accuracy, latency, data privacy, ROI) and common integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk, APIs/webhooks).
  • Strong commercial acumen: negotiating margins, multi-year agreements, and comarketing terms with domestic and overseas partners.
  • Proven pipeline discipline using CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and PRM/PartnerStack (or similar).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills; comfortable with global time zones and cultural nuances.
  • Bachelor's degree (Business/Engineering) or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus.

Plan:

  • 30 days: ramp on product, ICPs, pitch; map top 50 target partners by region; open 20+ new conversations.
  • 60 days: sign 5–8 partners; complete enablement; launch 1 joint campaign; register first 5 opportunities.
  • 90 days: close first partner-sourced deals; formalize tiering & QBRs; deliver a repeatable partner playbook.
