Objectives/Purpose

• Lead and drive Tech. Ops Automation initiatives
• Work with TAO leads to identify opportunities for Automation predominantly in Gen AI, Agentic AI space

Accountabilities

• As a Principal automation role, you will need explore, develop and build the automation capabilities
• Gen AI and Agentic AI use case development

Education, Behavioral Competences and Skills

• Degree, majoring in Computer Science/Information Systems, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience and overall 8+ years of experience
• Hands on experience on Microsoft Co pilot, Automation Anywhere, Uipath, Servicenow ITOM, Python and LLM languages.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Open API, Prompt Engineering, NLP
