ROLE : Head of Department REPORTS TO : Vice President DEPARTMENT : Customer Support DESIGNATION : Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM / GM WORK LOCATON : Bengaluru, KA, IN BASIC FUNCTION: Closelymonitor the progress of all the on -going and up -coming projects, customercomplaints, co -ordinate demos, track tickets, interact with all stake -holders,own the complaints raised clients and address the same, etc. Job involves on -sitetraveling within the city and outstations RESPONSIBILITIES: · Support Sales Team on thetechnical aspects right from Sales enquiry till closure· Responsible for effectiveproject execution planning· Man -power planning andon -time deployment of resources· Vendor co -ordination andon -time service delivery· Lead the support teams onday -to -day activities· Ensure quick support for hardwareand software complaints· Responsible for generatingadditional revenue through AMC· Act as a SPOC for allCustomers, clients and internal teams Requirements· Excellent Electrical &Energy Metering Software Applications· Knowledge of Panel & Power QualityMetering, Breakers, Protection Relays· Knowledge of Industry Standardcommunication protocols like Modbus, BACnet, OPC, LoRa, MQTT, GPRS, ZigBee,etc.· Thorough knowledge SQL or VB or anyDatabase Application software· Self -motivated, ready -to -travelattitude and customer centric behavior· Good verbal & email writingskills· Multi -lingual proficiency shall be anadded advantage· Knowledge of Pre -paidand Post -paid Energy Metering hardware and software shall be an added advantage· Knowledge of Energy Metering softwareand hardware is a MUST· Graduate / Post Graduate in Electrical &Electronics· Experience: 15+ years· Compensation shall be at par with the industry Benefits Excellent Salary package as per the Candidate experience and expertise.
