Role & Designation: Deputy Manager

Grade: JM2-A

About the role:

· Procure court/police papers from various dist.

· Start working after accident and try to stop IV implantation

· Mystery shopping against FAKE policy, if required

· Prevents reputational losses & financial losses to company by internal/external entities indulging in fraudulent practices.

· Ensures optimum productivity through trigger-based intimation.

· Assist claims and legal team in identification & eradication of frauds.

· Responsible for filing police complaints & leading evidence.

· Updates referral triggers to maximize fraud eradication.

· Reduces loss ratio by increasing success ratios.

· Develops new techniques for investigation (forensic / biometric).

· Implementation of strategic projects.

What you'll do:

· Visit to Police stations for Police complaints and procure accident details.

· Visit to MACT court location for evidence in court on weekly basis.

· Visit to Insured / Driver / Claimant location with vendor for verification on weekly basis.

· Team Handling of 15 to 20 vendors by conducting structured review on weekly basis.

· Carries out fraud analytics to identify fraud prone areas and provides MIS on monthly basis..

· Designs & delivers fraud training programs to investigators for effective investigation on quarterly basis.

· Re-engineers process to reduce investigation TAT and investigation cost on quarterly basis.

· Provide detailed feedback on open or proposed cases through self investigation.

What you'll need:

· Any LAW Graduate.

· Additional Qualification: Masters in Forensic Science.

· 2+years of experience.

· Read & understand Hindi, English, language.

· Well versed with Ms Excel, Word, Power Point & tech savvy.

· Good written & Oral communication skills.

· Handle Third party claims.

· Ready to join in 30 days.
