The Successful Applicant A successful Deputy Manager, Learning & Engagement should have: - A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in learning and development or employee engagement within the industrial or manufacturing sector. - Strong knowledge of the ceramic industry and its workforce dynamics. - Excellent project management and organisational skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. - Proficiency in utilising learning management systems and training tools. - A results-driven mindset with a focus on employee growth and satisfaction.
