Walk in Management2. Audit Compliance: No High NC in any Audit reports3. % Compliance of stated SLA: a. 100% adherence to Policyholders Protection Guideline. b. Compliance with internal SOP's.   4. Learning through eQuest Modules: Completion of all eQuest module5. Targeted Branch Administration: Admin related activities to be completed as per timelines & Standards.6. Enable process implementation across all functional areas to support and enable risk identification & mitigation.7. Improvement in Digitization8. Average Monthly consistent Productivity Score > 95%Key Requirements – Education & Certificates· Graduation/ PG in any streamKey Requirements - Experience &Skills· Ability to work in teams· Develop strong interpersonal skills with various functional stakeholders
