Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our software solutions to educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (schools, colleges, and institutions).
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve assigned targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations for clients.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless implementation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong interest in the EdTech or IT solutions industry will be an added advantage.
