Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and 5-7 Years of experienced Sales & Production Manager to join our team in the tissue culture sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in our tissue culture products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share in the tissue culture industry.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our tissue culture products and their applications to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
• Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and reports to monitor performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the tissue culture or biotechnology sectors.
• Strong understanding of tissue culture techniques and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Proficient in Excel, Word ,Power Point and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
