Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager Digital Marketing

Reporting to: Head of Digital Marketing
Job Purpose
To support and drive the digital marketing function by planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that strengthen the company's brand presence and generate measurable business impact like Leads, Qualified Leads, Enrolments from Digital Sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid media campaigns.
- Identify and explore new growth opportunities including remarketing and retention campaigns.
- Analuse and optimize campaigns with a data-driven approach to targeting, bidding, and keyword strategy.
- Run experiments and A/B tests; track performance metrics to maximize ROI across paid channels.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Enhance internal tools and processes, particularly around customer persona development and journey mapping, leveraging marketing automation and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with teams to implement testing frameworks and features that improve lead generation outcomes.
- Measure and report on campaign performance against KPIs and ROI targets.
- Work closely with content and web teams to improve campaign assets, including landing pages, creatives, and emailers.
- Utilize tools like SEMrush, Marketing Cloud (Salesforce/HubSpot), and CRM platforms to support campaign execution and reporting.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, ECE, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in running digital lead generation campaigns.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Google Display, Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Practical knowledge of AI features in ads platforms (Google Ads Smart Bidding, Meta Advantage+).
- Strong experience in campaign optimization across multiple digital channels.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, cookies, A/B testing, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEMrush is required.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
