We are looking for a
Sales Executive
with
1–2 years of experience
in selling
Industrial Automation, Industrial Software, or IIoT solutions
to manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with
qualified leads
and explore business opportunities in the manufacturing sector. - Understand customer requirements and position
Enture
as the right-fit solution. - Book
product demos
and coordinate with the
Product Demo Specialist
team to ensure smooth execution. - Meet clients (virtually or in-person), handle queries, and build strong customer relationships.
- Engage the
right team members (technical, product, or leadership)
with the customer at the right stage of the buying cycle. - Drive opportunities through the funnel and close deals
to achieve sales targets. - Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback from the field to the
Sales and Product teams
to refine go-to-market strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of sales experience
in
Industrial Automation, Industrial Software, or IIoT solutions
. - Proven ability to
generate, nurture, and close business deals
. - Strong communication skills in
English and Tamil (mandatory)
; Hindi knowledge is a plus. - Ability to engage confidently with plant heads, utility heads, and maintenance managers.
- Self-driven with a customer-first mindset and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Basic understanding of industrial processes, automation systems, or software tools.
- Familiarity with CRM / lead tracking tools is an advantage.
