Business Development Executive – B2B


Experience:
3–5 years (B2B or technical sales experience preferred)


Mode:
Full-time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and market research
  • Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and offer tailored solutions
  • Support sales efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly business development targets and contribute to growth strategies
  • Track market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required (B.Tech/MBA preferred)

3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or related roles

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to understand engineering or technical solutions

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Comfortable traveling for client meetings and networking
